At PixPorns, your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are made-to-order canvas prints and digital downloads, we follow a no-return, no-refund policy except in special cases mentioned below.

✅ Replacement for Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a new replacement free of cost.

Proof of damage (photo/video) may be requested for verification.

No need to return the damaged product.

⏳ Order Cancellation or Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, your order will be processed and no cancellation or refund will be possible.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Canvas prints cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Digital downloads are non-refundable due to their instant access nature.

Please double-check your address and order details before confirming.

Refunds are not issued for late delivery due to customs or courier delays (beyond our control).
